How to Participate
Join the competition in a few simple steps
Log in to your Binance Wallet.
Click the "Register" button on the activity page to sign up during the Registration Period.
Start trading and climb the PnL leaderboard to win rewards.
Rules
- During the campaign, participants must use Binance Wallet (Keyless) to register and conduct on-chain transactions. Transactions conducted via third-party DApps or non-Keyless wallets will not be counted. Once the wallet registration is confirmed, it cannot be changed during the Competition Period.
- The tokens traded must be on the BNB chain. Transactions on other chains will not be counted, and cross-chain transactions will not be counted.
- The trading pairs must include one of the following tokens: USDT, USDC, USD1, U, BNB, or WBNB. If a user uses a non-permitted token to swap for other tokens (e.g., swapping Token A for Token B), and the realized PnL of Token A is positive, then all realized PnL generated by Token A during the Competition Period will not be counted.
- PnL generated from trades between stablecoins, or between stablecoins and BNB, or WBNB, will not be counted.
- During the Competition Period, if a user conducts any on-chain actions on any token other than on-chain buying, selling, or transfer in within Binance Wallet (Keyless), and the realized PnL of that token is positive, then all realized PnL of that token will not be counted.
- At the start of the competition, for any token in the participant's wallet that is not among the aforementioned permitted tokens and has a value greater than $10, all realized PnL generated from that token during the competition will not be counted.
- Participants must trade (buy and sell) at least one token on the BNB chain to qualify for the leaderboard. The following tokens are not counted toward the requirement of trading at least one token: USDT, USDC, USD1, U, BNB, or WBNB.
Realized PnL Calculation Example:
Realized PnL = (Sell Amount / Sell Quantity - Buy Amount / Buy Quantity) * Sell Quantity = (Sell Price per Token - Buy Price per Token) * Sell Quantity
Example: Suppose a user buys 100 Token A at a price of 1 USDT each. Later, the price of Token A rises to 2 USDT, and the user decides to sell 90 tokens.
Realized PnL = (180/90 - 90/90) * 90 = (2 - 1) * 90 = 90 USDT
* Since only 90 tokens are sold, we use the buy cost of those 90 tokens (the remaining 10 tokens are still unrealized).
Note: This formula is a simplified version for reference; the actual calculation must strictly follow the rules described above.
Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern users’ participation in the activity above (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b)Binance Wallet Terms; and (c)Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
- In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Activity Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Activity Terms shall prevail, followed by the following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b)Binance Wallet Terms; and (c)Binance Privacy Notice.
- Only users who maintain an active Binance Account on the Binance Platform are eligible to participate in this Activity. Tokens will not be distributed to users who delete or deactivate their Binance Wallets and/or their Binance Accounts on the Binance Platform.
- This Activity is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by X (formerly Twitter) or any other social media platforms.
- To participate, users must register via the campaign page and complete all instructions in the campaign page during the Competition Period.
- Reward Distribution:
- Token rewards will be distributed to eligible users within 10 business days after the event ends. Rewards will be distributed to the Binance Wallet (Keyless) address associated with the winning user's UID.
- If users discover any cheating during the event, they can report it via email (audit@binance.com) or the risk reporting channel. Verified reports will be rewarded.
- Binance reserves the final right of determination of the winners, the calculation of PnL and the rankings on the leaderboard should there be any dispute.
- Only realized PnL from tokens bought and sold during the Competition Period will be counted; tokens held or transferred before the competition starts, along with their PnL, will not be counted.
- Yield-generating activities such as earning and staking will not be counted towards your PnL.
- Only one account per user is allowed. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same IP address, UID, etc., this will be deemed a violation and these accounts will be disqualified.
- Users may choose to link their X account to display on the leaderboard and must ensure that the content of their linked X account complies with all laws and regulations. If any illegal content is involved, the platform reserves the right to unconditionally hide or unlink the account among other actions.
- You may interact with Third-Party Services and DApps and through this Promotion. Third-Party Service Providers operate independently and may have different security standards, operational practices, and regulatory compliance. Binance Wallet does not control or guarantee the performance, security, or reliability of these Third-Parties. Users are responsible to conduct their own independent research to ensure the Third-Party Service is suitable for them.
- Binance Wallet reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if Binance Wallet determines that the user has breached the Binance Wallet Terms of Use, tampered with Binance Wallet program code, or interfered with the operation of Binance Wallet program code with other software.
- Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
